OH5500 oxyhydrogen flame generator used for ampoule washing, drying, filling and sealing linkage lin

The linkage line of ampoule washing, drying, filling and sealing consists of AXL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, CMSU series tunnel hot air circulation drying oven and AGL series ampoule filling and sealing machine. During linkage production process,it can complete the spraying, water injection, ultrasonic cleaning, water air flushing inside and outside the bottle, preheating drying of ampoules,sterilization, heat removal, cooling, nitrogen filling before and after filling ampule, sealing via oxyhydrogen flame torch and other processes.

The linkage line adopts PLC to control the display screen, which has stable control operation and high automation.

The ampoule filling sealing machine can work alone,which can be equipped with Okay Energy OH5500 oxyhydrogen generator as fuel gas combustion-supporting.
