Hunan Okay Energy Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, has an independent oxy hydrogen energy research center. In the field of oxy hydrogen energy, we have obtained more than ten oxy hydrogen machine patents issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in research, development and production of water fueled oxy hydrogen gas energy generators, and is recognized as the birthplace of water fueled oxyhydrogen machines in the industry.
Common problems in ampoule sealing:
1. Flat head: The top of the ampoule is clamped flat but not drawn.
Cause: Both preheating flame and drawing flame are too small; The ampoule bearing does not rotate flexibly or the pressure is too low; Some ampoules have too thick walls.
Solution: Strengthen the firepower of the front and rear flame groups; Replace the bearing with a new one or adjust the spring inside the ampoule holder to increase pressure, so that the ampoule can rotate normally and form a wire drawing; Remove the unqualified ampoules.
2. Sharp tip: refers to the pointed top of the sealed ampoule.
Cause: The drawing flame is too small; The tempering time after ampoule drawing is too short; The bottom of the wire drawing clip is too far above the centerline of the flame level; Some ampoules have too thick walls.
Solution: Strengthen the flame intensity of wire drawing; Adjust and control the ignition cam to extend the tempering time; Adjust the distance of the bottom end of the wire drawing clamp slightly above the centerline of the flame level by about 1mm (mechanical normal position); Remove the unqualified ampoules.
3. Bubble head: refers to the formation of obvious large bubbles at the top of the ampoule after melting and sealing, which are easy to break.
Cause: The drawing flame is too strong; The tempering time after ampoule drawing is too long; The bottom of the wire drawing clip is slightly lower than the centerline of the flame level, and although it can be melted, it is prone to forming small bubbles.
Solution: Reduce the intensity of the drawing flame; Shorten the tempering time of ampoules after drawing; Adjust the drawing clamp to the normal distance from the horizontal centerline of the flame.
4. Flat head: refers to the formation of a depression at the top of the ampoule after melting and sealing.
Cause: Ampoules first form bubbles during the drawing process and then cool and shrink; The heating flame is too small to dry out some small water vapor on the ampoule wall. These low-temperature water vapor cause the newly formed ampoule top arc to shrink due to cold and form a flattened head.
Solution: Handle according to the method for solving bubble heads; Strengthen the heating flame to fully heat the neck of the ampoule, allowing tiny water vapor to evaporate as soon as possible.
5. Cut off: refers to the top of the ampoule not being sealed.
Causes: Mechanical reasons; Excessive bubble head; Excessively deflated head.
Solution: Adjust the drawing clamp to the normal distance from the horizontal centerline of the flame; Handle according to the bubble and deflate methods.
Okay Energy Ampoule Sealing Equipment: Using water and electricity as fuels, water is decomposed into oxygen and hydrogen through electrolysis. Hydrogen can be burned, and oxygen supports combustion. These two gases ignite to form a oxy hydrogen flame, which quickly seals ampoules. Okay Energy offers four optional solutions: single head ampoule sealing machine, double head ampoule sealing machine, rotating double head ampoule sealing system, and 18 holes ampoule filling and sealing machine.
The main features of Okay Energy's oxyhydrogen flame ampoule sealing machine :
Energy saving: The oxyhydrogen flame ampoule sealing process only uses water and electricity, without the need for traditional storage gas cylinders. Reduce procurement costs.
Safety: Oxyhydrogen gas is produced and used immediately, without storage, leakage, explosion, or any safety hazards; The equipment is equipped with a dedicated safety anti backfire device to prevent safety incidents caused by backfire due to misoperation;
Convenience: The machine works immediately when powered on, without waiting. It is lightweight and easy to move, and can work for seven to eight hours with 1L of water. Equipped with a dedicated sealing device, it is convenient for one person to complete the ampoule sealing operation.
Efficiency: With a flame temperature of up to 3000 ℃, it can quickly seal ampoules and has various solutions for adjusting flame temperature to meet the needs of different users.
Applicability: Equipped with different aperture burners to meet the sealing needs of ampoules of different specifications
Cleanliness: The combustion of oxyhydrogen gas only produces invisible trace amounts of water vapor, without any pollution to the medicine. The combustion of liquefied gas produces carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen compounds, which can have an impact on the quality of drugs.
Other application areas of Walker Energy water fuel hydrogen oxygen machine: quartz glass tube fusion sealing, enameled wire welding, copper tube welding, copper bar welding, thermocouple welding, fish hook welding, jewelry processing, denture welding, endoscope welding, wax mold repair, hydrogen oxygen cutting, etc.
