HHO Hydrogen Gas For Boiler Efficiency and Combustion
Recently,energy saving may be one of the most interested topic,and then one of the most subjects about boilers efficiency which is related with boilers energy saving.There are many factors for the boiler efficiency.Generally,the main factors will be the following:
1)fuel incomplete combustion
2)defective combustion gas
3)Exh gas heat
4)Radiating loss from boiler surrounding wall
5)The other loss
Combustion process is an essential component of overall boiler efficiency.We would like talk about the loss by fuel incomplete combustion.As we know,the boiler working principle is related to fuel,air and heat.
Accurate control of the amount of air is essential to boiler efficiency:
1)Too much air will cool the furnace, and carry away useful heat.
2)Too little air and combustion will be incomplete, unburned fuel will be carried over and smoke may be produced.
In practice, however, there are a number of difficulties in achieving perfect combustion:
The conditions around the burner will not be perfect, and it is impossible to ensure the complete matching of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen molecules.
To ensure complete combustion, an amount of 'excess air' needs to be provided. This has an effect on boiler efficiency.

Burners and controls
Burners are the devices responsible for:
1)Proper mixing of fuel and air in the correct proportions, for efficient and complete combustion.
2)Determining the shape and direction of the flame.
HHO gas flame is concentrated.However,the fossil fuel flame is spread and weak.HHO gas temperature is as higher as 2800degree.When burning,we can add HHO hydrogen gas from HHO generator for boiler into the burner to change the shape of flame and hot heating therefore sufficient combustion.
