Okay Energy’s technology specializes in the electrolysis of water, which produces a 2:1 mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gas, it’s also called Brown’s gas or HHO gas, that is ignited to produce a clean-burning flame. The flame reaches temperatures of up to 3000°C. It is ideal for working with copper, aluminum, and other conductive metals used in transformer coils and busbar connections.

Using an oxyhydrogen flame for copper brazing can be effective due to the high temperature and clean burning properties of this type of flame. The oxyhydrogen flame is produced by burning hydrogen gas and oxygen gas together.
