The oxyhydrogen flame sealing system mainly includes three parts.
Rotary quartz glass tube vacuum sealing machine: it can automatically rotate the quartz glass tube, evacuate the tube and filled with inert gas.
The quartz glass tube sealing machine connected with mechanical pumps, molecular pumps or other pump sets.
Oxyhydrogen generator: The oxyhydrogen generator produces oxyhydrogen gas by electrolysis of water, the gas is ignited and turned into a flame to seal the glass tube.

The quartz tube sealing system boasts a maximum rotation speed of 100 rpm, ensuring uniform heating of the quartz tube while maintaining dynamic sealing of the vacuum chamber during rotation. Leakage is better than 1×10⁻¹¹ Pa·m³/s, providing a foundation for high-standard sealing.

The function of isolation valve:
The straight-through isolation valve can be connected with the glass tube. 
When putting the glass tube in the glove box for sampling, we can connect the straight-through isolation valve together.
After connecting the glass tube, close the valve, and then install to the quartz glass tube sealing machine, this maintains the vacuum state during material transfer.
